The United States had a bounty on Osama Bin Laden but the most important element was the order to get Osama dead or alive. Experts are saying Obama did not give orders to kill Osama on the spot once identified but the refusal to release  the  video (which exists at the CIA) of the execution of Osama has sparked rumors of Obama ordering the Seals to kill 'enemy' on sight!
Another theory that is the Seal team disobeyed the official order to try to capture first and to shoot in case of an armed Osama attempting to get away. This would surely be the official response from the White House if it was pressed to reveal what was the real intent of the mission in Pakistan. The White House would not hesitate to put the heads of the Seal team up for grabs and to roll under the guillotine if there were any evidence that the act in Pakistan was to kill before asking any questions.
Which is what the CIA has said had happened in Pakistan with the Seal team asking Osama wife to identify the dead man after he was shot directly in the head, blowing parts of his brain away.
While many would argue that there is no reason to care about human rights in the issue of executing America's public enemies, the world is still ruled by international  laws and no nation, not even empire America is above these laws. This is a very important matter since voices in Germany, Canada and even Pakistan are arguing that Obama was behind a murder act the very minute he ordered the Seal team out of the U.S. to attack the Osama hideout.
In Pakistan, many observers believe the Mujahideen leader has put up a huge fight before being shot and killed. They refer to the statement by Osama's youngest daughter of 12 who survived the incident. She had told the local police in Pakistan that her father fought bravely before being killed. If that is correct then Osama would have had a weapon with him before he went down in a pool of blood in the house in Abottabad.
However, the CIA insists the Mujahideen leader had no weapons and was shot at point blank after he tried to reach for a weapon or to leave the room where he was cornered, aided by one of the wives of the dead helpers of Osama.
If that is true, then this would be a very good reason why the Obama regime would not want to release at least some of the footage of the attack in which people could surely identify an old grand father looking Osama being killed by the raiders from the Seal team. In that case, according to lawmakers in Germany and Canada, the Obama regime would have to answer to a crime under international law and this could also mean jail term for the leaders who ordered the raid and the killing!
And the U.S. crime takes a bigger proportion when it is revealed that the other 4 persons killed were unarmed and did not really offer resistance ΓÇô though they perhaps tried to protect or defend Osama with their fists. This would include Osama's son Zayid (not Ibrahim as reported earlier by us) who, according to the Seal interpretation as revealed by the CIA, was of 'combat' age hence he was gunned down and we would suspect it was done summarily in execution style.
The big question is, why would the CIA not show the video ΓÇô instead of a graphic gruesome picture ΓÇô to convince people that it killed Osama and there's no secret behind it? A fighting Osama would show that the Mujahideen, being old and very sick as we are told, would never give up against the U.S. and would not want to be captured to be traded in public as the Romans used to do with their 'captives'.
However, Osama alive and in the custody of the U.S. would also mean a lot of true stories would come out on who really did 911 and so on. Alive, Osama would also be able to galvanize his followers with the freedom to state anything he would want to state while in jail or during a show of a trial. That would put the U.S. under pressure indeed but the impact could still have been limited while today they are facing a mountain of trouble to explain why they buried the man at sea. If they really buried him at sea, that is!
